Hello, welcome to my site. Let me introduce myself. I am Kenneth D'Souza, Founder of D'Souza Homes.

Choosing where you stay is one of the most critical life decisions you may make. I am thrilled to use my years of experience to help you make the best choice with buying your first home, upsizing or downsizing depending on your personal situation, or any other real estate investment needs you have.

I know investing in real estate can be very stressful. Buyers and sellers are often intimidated by a maze of options and misinformation.

Over the years, I've invested in several homes and office spaces. I've also had a chance to learn from mistakes on less-than-ideal deals because I didn't have the required information or expertise when I made those decisions. Practical real estate investment experience is what I bring to the table. I can guide you through the investment process and minimize the stress involved by helping you negotiate the pitfalls that may not be immediately apparent.

A further point of difference is the range of professionals with whom I work. These include mortgage brokers, home inspectors, home stagers, professional home photographers, interior designers, and reno guys. These professionals are part of my network, and I bring in their expertise as needed to make your experience virtually stress-free.


My wife and I are entrepreneurs and run a successful staging, interiors, and renovations business. I have an intimate understanding of the communities in the Caledon, Oakville, and Burlington area. I am also well versed in the Greater Toronto Area. I am passionate about the real estate and construction industry and love to share my knowledge with my clients.

My clients have always counted on me for my professionalism and in-depth understanding of the industry. But what gives me the most joy is when I see clients make "informed decisions," and I can minimize the stress involved in real estate investment decisions. That's when I know my job is done.

Before turning entrepreneur, I've spent decades in the customer service industry in retail and corporate travel with some of the world's leading airlines worldwide. When I do get the time, you will find me on a golf course (I am an avid golfer), or watching HGTV to see what the new trends are out there and how to transform different spaces into little sanctuaries.
